A made a thing...

So I made this nightmare page which I have entitled "Kingdom of Mercy" where you can write out your sins and begin the processs of absolution with whichever denomination suits your practice...if that's your kind of thing. Unfortunately the audio file which I wanted to attach to the the page is not able to be accepted by Neocities because I'm too broke for financially supporting a paid membership. If you like my weird project I'd accept donations to my Revolut to continue more bizzare projects like this one. Thanks and enjoy!

Updates on quitting big tech, an article, and buttons

Okay, so, I've added more resources to the Interests page and translated everything into Breton. It should be a pretty decent source for anyone who needs to get away from the big tech companies. I'm also hoping since most of the media in Breton is kinda like for old people maybe this can allow for more modern / youthful discussions about contemporary topics to allow this generation to grow to apreciate the language and use it more. I also put together an article about different phones and the possible OS you can run on them on the Phones page. Lastly, I added a button for my neocities so that it is easier to create community and build like-minded circles. And since I was on that task, I also wanted to create more topic-focused buttons that are more informative and fun.

Just added a new Interests page for software, hardware, and resources to keep the internet cool. Some for creators and some just for the protection of the internet and individual privacy. Hope you find some resources that enrich your experience on the net.

After reading the Goosebumps books I just bought in French, as well as Nathaniel Hawthorn, I also just added to my reading list Techno-féodalisme: Critique de l'économie numérique by Cédric Durand, and Décarboner ou décliner ? by Neil Makaroff. Let's see if I get around to it.

Stamps

Okay, so I saw some of you post your stamp collections here and I'm kinda jelly. In addition to my already heavy personal commitments and my recent post declaring Peasant's Path as a priority, I think I want to digitize my stamp collection too. I don't really keep up with updating it with new stamps unless I get lucky with regular mail. I'm down to become penpals with international friends if any of you want to send letters! I can send stamps from France. Anyway, so I'll try to scan what I have and share them here.

Updates

I decided to remove the Chat and Contact box on all pages except the Home page since organizing paragraphs and images around it was sometimes a bit tricky and plus it felt a bit redundant to have it on all pages. I also am nearing my limit with the 512kb mark so maybe my intention to keep to the minimalist 512KB Club standards for a webpage are unnecessary constraints that I've put on myself. Since I produce media and prefer to update my page here than to have to update a Behance for my Photography and Blender stuff, or update a social media account or Patreon with blog content since I would not be able to express myself with images or gifs here. I don't particulary find that this site is that heavy and the objective is to keep your interest in my various projects here, so this remains my main priority anyhow.

I am currently working on a favicon but the Spooky Knight I first designed looked more like a zombie than a knight... I'll share and update that later.

The project I'm considering to put the most effort into at this point is Peasant's Path but I need to better map out the world, missions, minor objectives, story, etc, before I end up creating a large amounts of artwork or charaters that would never be used, or advance too far into the game mechanics before I'd have to undo sections and start from scratch. In the wise words of S.O.S Band...

One thing I noticed when browsing other neocities pages is that many have blog sections or media libraries so I was hoping to do the same for you all. My Idea isn't paticularly concrete but I'm certain that I'll want to share about films, games, books, and other written content but not sure in what format I'll end up presenting it since to create sections for all these seems like might potentially be enough to fill it's own site. Blegh.
